Olu Olatilu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Olu started their career as a Systems Engineer at Partners Healthcare in 1999 and then moved on to become a Senior Consultant at Vitale Caturano & Company in 2000. Olu worked at Vitale Caturano & Company for three years before joining Custom Learning Designs (CLD) in 2003. At CLD, Olu served as an IT Manager for four years before being promoted to the role of Senior Manager. In this role, they were responsible for aligning IT's enabling capabilities with the organizational objectives and delivering IT services to the organization. In 2018, Olu was then promoted to Chief Information Officer at CLD, a position they currently hold.-

Olu Olatilu has a diverse education history. Olu pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Emory University - Goizueta Business School from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Science (MS) in Information Technology from Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business between 2002 and 2004. Olatilu's undergraduate education took place at the University of Lagos, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Geography & Regional Planning from 1990 to 1995.

In addition to their formal education, Olatilu has also obtained professional certifications. In June 2018, they completed the "Adobe Captivate 2017 Essential Training" certification from LinkedIn. Earlier, in August 2006, they obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)².
