Molly Montgomery

Molly Montgomery is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the agriculture and food technology sectors. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at Grosvenor Food & AgTech, Molly focuses on investing in companies aiming to create a sustainable food supply chain. Previous leadership roles include Executive Chair and CEO of AeroFarms, where innovative technology was applied to controlled environment agriculture. Molly holds several board positions, including at NatureSweet, Wilbur-Ellis, The Wine Group, Benson Hill, and Custom Made Meals. With a background as President and CEO of Landec Corporation and VP of Global Marketing & Business Development at Ashland, Molly combines expertise in strategic investment and corporate growth. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and advanced degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville.
