Paul Kitching has over 20 years of experience in the travel industry. Paul began their career in 1999 as a Destination Manager at Hotelbeds. In this role, they were responsible for P&L, staffing, AP/AR, contracting, sales and marketing, and re-branding and systems integration/migration of local DMC into a large multi-national consolidator/wholesaler. Paul also managed and immersed himself in ground and airport operations, staffing, contracting, sales, accounting, reservations, customer service, resort and online distribution/sales.

In 2007, Paul moved to Tourico Holidays as Senior Vice President Global Product Development. In this role, they were responsible for the high performance and growth of an international and multi-cultural travel buying and product development team serving global B2B/wholesale dominant travel distribution. Paul oversaw P&L, and managed a team of 65+ staff across 25 offices internationally.

In 2013, Paul joined ROVIA LLC as VP Operations and Product Development. In this role, they were responsible for all components of a global OTA and traditional agency, serving multi-location operations and a Member centric client base via multi-cultural and diverse operations and development teams. Paul managed CS, call-center, product-development, and related.

Finally, in 2015, Paul joined Custom Travel Solutions as VP and Custom Travel Clubs, Trip-Smart as Travel e-commerce, operations & distribution executive.

Paul Kitching attended Havant College in England and earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
