Hayden Ernst

Hayden Ernst, EIT has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting with Custom Truck One Source in 2021, Hayden has worked as a Lead Design Engineer, responsible for designing, analyzing, and completing R&D products. Hayden also provided technical guidance to less experienced engineers and managed small teams to meet design objectives. Prior to that, Hayden worked as a Design Engineer at the same company, where they administered product development, maintained 3D models, assemblies, and Engineering Drawings, and managed product BOMs, documentation, ECRs, and rework instructions. From 2018 to 2021, Hayden worked at Terex Corporation, initially as an Internal Quality Engineer, managing a team of technicians and planning internship programs. Hayden eventually became a Manufacturing Engineer, consulting multidisciplinary teams, designing manufacturing tooling and fixtures, and developing lifting and rigging processes. Hayden also has experience as an Operations Manager at Beaver's Window Washing and worked as a Private Tutor, teaching subjects like Calculus. Additionally, Hayden gained valuable experience through internships at Terex Corporation, where they established standard operating procedures, reduced waste through Lean Manufacturing Principles, and implemented 5S ideologies. Hayden has worked in other roles such as a Landscape Irrigation Technician, Field Service Coordinator at Thorpe Specialty Services Corporation, Roustabout at Tidewater Operating Company, and Maintenance Supervisor at Port Carlos Marina.

Hayden Ernst, EIT holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Managerial Leadership from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, which was obtained from 2020 to 2022. Hayden also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, completing the program between 2014 and 2018. Prior to college, Hayden attended Booker T. Washington High School from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Hayden also obtained certifications as a Certified SolidWorks Professional and a Certified SolidWorks Associate from Dassault Systèmes in December 2022 and January 2022, respectively.
