Richard L. Smith

Richard L. Smith has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing, product development, and aviation industries. Richard L. most recently worked at Custom Truck One Source as the Vice President of Manufacturing and Product Engineering. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Product Development at the same company. Before joining Custom Truck One Source, Richard served as the President of CraneWorks, Inc. from 2014 to 2018. Richard L. also held several executive positions at Global Ground Support, LLC, including President, CEO, and Vice President of Operations and Co-Founder, from 1997 to 2014. Additionally, they were the President and Co-Founder of Global Aviation Services, LLC from 2007 to 2011. Richard started their career as an Engineering Manager at Simon Aviation/Terex Aviation from 1993 to 1997.
