Shawn Richardson Sphr

Shawn Richardson has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Human Resources at Custom Truck One Source. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources for the Americas region at TVH, where they successfully led the organization through a critical phase of global reorganization and implemented talent review initiatives. Before TVH, Shawn was the Vice President of Human Resources at Reply, where they built HR strategies and infrastructure to support growth and acquisitions. Shawn also reduced voluntary turnover and improved client service consistency during their time there. Earlier in their career, Shawn held roles at TranSystems and Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar, where they implemented successful training and development programs and received recognition for their contributions.

Shawn Richardson SPHR, SCP - MBA holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management and Leadership from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Shawn also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Southern Illinois University. Additionally, Shawn has obtained various certifications including SPHR from the HR Certification Institute, MBTI from the Center for Applications of Psychological Type, Inc., CRI - Criterion Referenced Instruction from The Center for Effective Performance, Inc., CPT from ISPI, and SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in January 2013. Shawn has also obtained certifications such as Emotional Intelligence and Social Competency Inventory, Inventory of Leadership Styles, and Organizational Climate Survey from Hay Group, although the year of obtaining these certifications is not specified.
