Lilette Belvez Cruz

Lilette Belvez Cruz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and leadership development. Currently serving as General Manager and Lead Facilitator at BrainSparks HR Solutions since January 2008, Lilette also holds positions as QA Manager for Project Hotline at Customer Frontline Solutions and Unit Head at Manulife Philippines, both initiated in 2019 and 2020, respectively. Previous roles include Associate Consultant at First Pacific Leadership Academy, where Lilette designed and facilitated various behavioral workshops, and Head of the Human Resource Department at Malayan Bank. Lilette's career began at Manila Electric Company, progressing through diverse roles including Training Associate and Team Leader. Lilette holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Philippine Normal University, acquired between 1983 and 1987.
