Alexa Davis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Alexa started their career at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where they worked as a Front Desk Manager from August 2017 to May 2018. During this time, they also served as a Springboard Student Leader from May 2018 to July 2018.

Following their time at the university, Alexa worked as a Digital Media Intern at KMOV-TV from February 2019 to April 2019.

Subsequently, they joined Starbucks as a Barista from April 2018 to May 2019, gaining experience in customer service and the food and beverage industry.

In 2019, Alexa worked at The Lou Eats & Drinks as a Bartender from April 2019 to December 2019.

In 2020, Alexa joined Connectria as a Sales Development Representative, where they worked from January 2020 to August 2021, further developing their skills in sales.

Their most recent role is at Customer.io, where they currently serve as an Account Executive since April 2022. Before that, they were a Sales Development Representative from September 2021 onward.

Alexa Davis obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a focus in Marketing, from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Alexa attended the university from 2016 to 2019. In 2019, Alexa also participated in a Summer Term study abroad program at Universidad de Granada, where they studied Spanish. Additionally, they hold a certification as an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, which they obtained from Amazon Web Services in May 2021.
