Bill Miksich

Bill Miksich is the current head of services at Customer.io. Bill has previous experience working as the director of demand generation at NWEA, a marketing automation consultant, and a marketing operations manager at Jive Software. Bill also has experience in graphic design, having worked as a graphic designer at Kahler Slater Architects from April 2005 to December 2006.

Bill Miksich has a BA in Graphic Design from Grand View University and a Mass Communication/Media Studies from Briar Cliff University. Bill also has a certification from the Federal Aviation Administration - FAA in FAA Certificated Private Pilot.

Bill Miksich reports to Colin Nederkoorn, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Matthew Newhook - CTO, Zhi Li - CFO, and Natalie Onions - VP, Customers.
