Sales Development Manager, Inbound at Customer.io

Kaleb Batman's work experience begins in 2017, where they worked part-time as a Sales Development Representative for AC Lion Digital Media Executive Search. In this role, they supported digital recruiters by sourcing candidates and increasing pipeline activity. Kaleb also gained experience in various aspects of the digital landscape and conducted conference calls and platform demos for Apploi. Kaleb worked in this position until May 2018.

From June 2018 to September 2019, Kaleb was a Sales Development Representative at Solvvy, where they were a founding member of the East Coast sales team expansion. Kaleb sourced popular D2C brands as customers and users of Solvvy's AI/NLP powered self-service platform for customer support. During this time, Solvvy was acquired by Zoom and became an integral part of Zoom's AI-forward Service Center.

Starting in September 2019 and ending in November 2020, Kaleb worked at Selligent Marketing Cloud as a Sales Development Representative. Kaleb joined the Enterprise SDR team and later focused on Sales Development in the Travel and Retail verticals and Partner Development. Their role included lowering the cost of customer acquisition and improving profit margins.

In January 2021, Kaleb joined Customer.io as a Sales Development Representative. Kaleb worked on cross-channel messaging, marketing/workflow automation, data storage/routing, and real-time event triggering for timely interactions during the customer journey. In January 2022, they were promoted to Senior Sales Development Representative and later became a Sales Development Manager.

Finally, starting in June 2023, Kaleb is working as a Customer Advisor at Apollo.io.

Kaleb Batman completed their education in a chronological manner. Kaleb first attended Central Virginia Community College from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Subsequently, they pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at The King's College, where they studied from 2015 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Kaleb Batman also acquired the certification "Asking Great Sales Questions" from LinkedIn in April 2020.-
