Pranav Kafle has a range of experience in customer success, sales, marketing, and market research. Pranav is currently working at Customer.io as a Customer Success Team Lead. Before that, they held the position of Customer Success Manager at the same company.

Prior to Customer.io, they co-founded Safa Luga, an online on-demand laundry service, where they raised investments and led the marketing communications, sales, and customer success teams. Pranav's earliest experience was as a Marketing Executive at SunBi Design Studio. Pranav took responsibility for the entire sales process from cold pitching to onboarding and customer support for websites, apps, and software developed for clients. Pranav also worked closely with the digital marketing team of Nepal Idol for social media content delivery.

Pranav Kafle has a diverse education history. Pranav started their education journey by completing their schooling in Science at Pentagon International College from 2011 to 2013.

Afterwards, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a specialization in Marketing from Nepal jobs, where they studied from 2014 to 2017.

Continuing their educational pursuits, Pranav is currently enrolled in an Executive MBA program at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, with a focus on Marketing. Pranav is expected to complete their studies in 2023.
