Jessica Hooper is a skilled marketing professional with extensive experience in customer marketing and success management. Currently serving as a CMA Member at Customer Marketing Alliance since January 2024, Jessica contributes to the development of customer marketing strategies through comprehensive resources and mentorship. At Iterable, Jessica excels as a Senior Customer Marketing Manager while previously leading customer success initiatives in various roles, enhancing brand engagement across multiple marketing channels. Prior experience includes a brand strategist role at Dash Social, where Jessica utilized visual intelligence to optimize marketing campaigns, as well as a territory representative position at Breakthru Beverage Group, developing strong client relationships. Jessica started a career in social media marketing at Going Social, managing diverse client strategies and content. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from St. Francis Xavier University and participated in an international exchange program at Griffith University.
