Director of CRMI Corporate Membership – Sponsorship Services at Customer Relationship Management Institute

Diane Hernandez has extensive experience in the corporate world. Diane began their career in 2000 as a TeleCenter Agent at Omega Management Group. Diane then moved to Lincoln Tech - Lowell in 2004 as an Accountant Assistant. Later that same year, they returned to Omega Management Group as an Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO and President. In 2007, they joined Analytix Solutions as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Founder. That same year, they also began working as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and President at Sunbelt Business Sales & Acquisitions. In 2012, they rejoined Omega Management Group as a Market Research Analyst. In 2016, they were promoted to Marketing Research Associate and CEMPRO Administrator and then to Senior CX Playbook Strategist. Most recently, in 2017, they moved to Customer Relationship Management Institute LLC as Manager of CRMI Corporate Membership – Sponsorship Services and was later promoted to Director of CRMI Corporate Membership – Sponsorship Services.

Diane Hernandez began their educational journey in 2002 when they enrolled at Middlesex Community College to pursue a degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. In the same year, they also enrolled at Lincoln Tech - Lowell and obtained a Certificate in Computer Software and Media Applications in November 2003. In 2008, they obtained a Certificate of Achievement in Essentials of HR Management from SHRM.
