Keith Thomas is a seasoned professional in customer success and operations management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Refined since April 2024, Keith also holds the position of Operations Lead Nordics at the Customer Success Network since December 2021. Previously, Keith co-founded HEARTNET, where responsibilities included the role of Chief Commercial Officer from September 2022 to February 2024. Additional roles include Head of Customer Success at reconfigured and DataCrunch, along with leadership positions at Twice Commerce and Selko.io. Keith's early career includes significant contributions at Aerus as VP of Operations and various technical roles at Sears and Merck. Educational qualifications encompass a Master’s in Media Management from Arcada University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the Fox School of Business.
