Leon Muntingh

Leon Muntingh currently serves as the Technical Account Management Lead for EMEA at Dynamic Yield by Mastercard, a position held since November 2023. In addition to this role, Leon is an active member of the Customer Success Collective and the Customer Success Network, both started in August 2023. Previously, Leon held various leadership positions at AppDynamics from July 2015 to April 2023, culminating as the Global Director of Post-Sales Strategy, where efforts focused on driving customer success and operational alignment. Earlier experience includes roles at We Are CORTEX, Pivetal Ltd, BeST UK, BeST SA, and Knowlege Based Engineering (KBE), incorporating software engineering, solution architecture, and product management responsibilities. Leon's educational background features advanced degrees in Electronic Engineering and Bio-Medical Engineering from the University of Pretoria and executive leadership certifications from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management.
