UAE Chapter Founder at Customer Success Network

Orkun Türkmen has been with SAP since November 2001, serving in various roles including HCM Customer Success Manager and Principal Customer Success Manager in Dubai, focusing on transformational customer success within the MENA region. Prior experience includes serving as Global Support Director at Unilever in India and Engineering Architect for SAP in both Eastern Europe and China. Orkun has also led logistics initiatives at SAP HQ in Germany and co-founded the UAE chapter of the Customer Success Network to foster community among Customer Success Managers. Earlier career experiences include positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and ARUS Marketing. Orkun holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from Ege University.
