Ricky Patel

Ricky Patel is a seasoned professional in customer success and sales, currently serving as the Regional Client Success Lead for EMEA & APAC at Degreed since September 2021, where responsibilities include team performance support, coaching, and driving KPI attainment. In addition, Ricky holds the position of Client Success Director for Strategic Accounts and is the host of a podcast for the Customer Success Network, focusing on delivering tangible customer value.
