Prior experience includes roles as a UK/EMEA Customer Success Manager at OpenSesame, Senior Customer Success Manager at Emerald Works, and various positions at Linkam Scientific Instruments Ltd, where Ricky excelled in international sales and marketing. Ricky has a strong educational background with a Master of Chemistry (MChem) in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Surrey.
