Lisa Brown has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to customer service, training, and leadership. Lisa is currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer at CVP (Customer Value Partners) since March 2022. In this position, they designed and developed customized training solutions for customer care and call centers, specifically for Fortune 100 and 500 clients. Lisa also managed key accounts and delivered training programs for representative, supervisory, and management positions.
