Carlos Coto

Carlos Coto has a diverse and extensive work experience. Carlos most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Bank Operations at Customers Bank. Prior to that, they worked at Strategy& as a Director and Senior Engagement Manager. Carlos also held the position of First Vice President and Bank Chief of Staff at Bank Leumi USA. In addition, Carlos worked at American Express as a Manager of Corporate Strategy for their Global Corporate Services division. Carlos began their career as a Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting and also worked at HSBC as an AVP in the Retail Bank Division.

Carlos Coto obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, General from Baruch College from 2000 to 2005. Carlos then pursued an MBA in General Management at Harvard Business School, completing it from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "What Is Generative AI?" from LinkedIn in 2024.
