Hiroshi Abe

Hiroshi Abe has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Hiroshi began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in 1992, where they held the role of Managing Director until 2019. At PwC, they led project teams on various complex accounting and financial reporting projects for clients in different sectors. Hiroshi then joined MorganFranklin Consulting in 2019 as a Director, providing accounting and financial reporting advice to clients in financial services and fintech industries. Since 2020, Hiroshi has been working at Customers Bank, first as a Contractor in Accounting, then as Senior Vice President of Accounting Policy & SEC Reporting, and currently as Senior Vice President of Financial Reporting.

Hiroshi Abe completed their education at Pace University - Lubin School of Business. Hiroshi obtained a BBA in Public Accounting in 1992 and an MBA in International Business in 2011. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Quickbooks Online Certified ProAdvisor from Intuit, Inc. in July 2016, NFP (Not-For-Profit) Certificate II from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 2016, NFP (Not-For-Profit) Certificate and IFRS Certificate from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 2015. Hiroshi is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of New York.
