Jake Watts

Jake Watts has over 16 years of experience in the banking industry. Jake recently joined Customers Bank as the SVP and Director of Enterprise Risk in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at WSFS Bank from 2006 to 2022, holding various roles such as VP, GRC Officer, VP, Director of Risk (Cash Connect division), VP, Enterprise Risk Manager, AVP, Enterprise Risk Manager, Senior Internal Auditor, and Staff Internal Auditor.

Jake Watts obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Delaware between 2002 and 2006. Jake also holds additional certifications including Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from the IIA-The Institute of Internal Auditors, obtained in 2015 and 2012 respectively.
