Joe Ratzloff

Joe Ratzloff is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering, information systems, and platform development. Currently serving as SVP Director of Platform Development at Customers Bank since September 2023, Ratzloff previously held multiple senior roles including Senior Vice President of Information Systems at ONE AMERICAN BANK and Director of Software Engineering at Meta Payment Systems. Ratzloff's expertise spans various industries, with a strong background in architectural design and technology consulting, as evidenced by roles at Citibank, Torch Hill Investment Partners, and Liberty Point. Ratzloff began a career in engineering after earning a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota State University.
