Karl Krohn

Karl Krohn has extensive experience in the field of IT auditing and network administration. Karl began their career at Wells Fargo in 1985, where they served as an Audit Supervisor for ten years. During this time, they administered audits, supervised staff, and developed audit programs. Krohn then transitioned to a role as a Network Administrator at ParenteBeard LLC, where they supported network users and facilitated training classes. Karl later joined Wells Fargo again as a Network Implementation Specialist, providing support for PC/LAN/WAN systems. Krohn then worked at Getronics in the same role before joining Sovereign Bank as a Senior Information Technology Auditor. At National Penn Bank, they served as an IT Audit Manager, planning and managing complex IT audit projects. Currently, Krohn is employed at Customers Bank, serving as the Lead IT Auditor. In this role, they evaluate the effectiveness of controls in computerized systems, provides guidance to junior staff, and performs IT General Controls testing.

Karl Krohn holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Albright College. Karl also attended Wyomissing Area High School. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA in 2006 and as a Certified Public Accountant from the Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy in 1991.
