Ron Lum

Ron Lum is a seasoned IT auditor currently serving as the Lead IT Auditor at HEI since June 2022, where responsibilities include planning and testing internal audits related to cybersecurity, corporate networks, data centers, and identity and access management. Lum has expertise in SOX ITGC testing, developing audit test plans, maintaining knowledge bases, and training audit associates. Previous experience includes a Senior Consultant role at Deloitte focusing on SOX compliance and NIST Cybersecurity Framework assessments, as well as a web development and project management position at RWG Web Solutions LLC. Lum holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Hawaii Pacific University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
