Philip Korn

Philip Korn is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in venture capital and banking. Currently serving as Managing Director of VC Relationships at Customers Bank since July 2023, Korn focuses on fostering relationships within the venture community and supporting entrepreneurs. As a Network Advisor for Correlation Ventures since October 2014, Korn aids in sourcing new venture investments. Previously, Korn held leadership roles at Signature Bank, Square 1 Bank, First Republic Bank, and SVB Financial Group, where responsibilities included managing VC relationships, launching startup banking programs, and leading teams that brought significant new client relationships. Korn began a career in finance as a Financial Analyst with the Federal Reserve System and holds an MBA in International Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management, along with a BS in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
