Aleksander Drozd has an extensive work history spanning over 14 years. Aleksander started their career as a Software Development Engineer at Nokia Siemens Networks, where they worked on the design and implementation of applications used to manage data for network operators. Aleksander also served as a Scrum Master and coordinated the work of a team of 6 people in Agile methodology.

Aleksander then moved on to Capgemini, where they worked as a Software Development Engineer on the CMZwoelf Project, designing and implementing portals and a web-based CMS system for German television.
