Aleksander Drozd

Aleksander Drozd has an extensive work history spanning over 14 years. Aleksander started their career as a Software Development Engineer at Nokia Siemens Networks, where they worked on the design and implementation of applications used to manage data for network operators. Aleksander also served as a Scrum Master and coordinated the work of a team of 6 people in Agile methodology.

Aleksander then moved on to Capgemini, where they worked as a Software Development Engineer on the CMZwoelf Project, designing and implementing portals and a web-based CMS system for German television. Aleksander also worked at CoCoNet Polska as a Software Development Engineer, participating in the implementation of an enterprise application used by banking customers.

At aloSoftware, Aleksander served as the Owner and Software Development Engineer, coordinating the work of 5 people and working on various projects, including web design, creating Internet shops, web applications, and dedicated desktop applications. Aleksander also supported companies with product catalog creation and presentation of their offers.

Aleksander later joined F24 AG as a Senior Software Engineer, before moving on to Redknee, where they worked as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach. Following that, they worked at SoftServe as a Project Manager and later as a Program Manager and Client Partner, overseeing client projects.

More recently, Aleksander worked as the Head of Project Management at Webini and as the Head of Delivery at Kogifi Digital. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Software Engineering and Poland Delivery Cluster Head at Customertimes Corp.

Aleksander Drozd attended Wroclaw University of Science and Technology from 2004 to 2009. Aleksander did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during their time at the university. In terms of additional certifications, Drozd obtained the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2017. In May 2015, they also obtained the Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org.
