Artem Kolyshkin

Artem Kolyshkin has extensive experience in the tech industry, having worked in various roles at different companies throughout their career. Artem is currently serving as the SVP, Global Delivery Head at Customertimes since 2023. Prior to this, they were the VP of Software Engineering and Head of Eastern Europe Delivery at the same company from 2022 to 2023.

Before joining Customertimes, Artem was the Managing Director and Country Head of Ukraine at Customertimes Ukraine from 2021 to 2023. Artem also worked at Ciklum as the VP Delivery in 2021 and as the Delivery Director and Head of Delivery Management from 2020 to 2021.

Artem's previous experience includes roles at EPAM Systems as a Senior Delivery Manager from 2016 to 2020, Agile Consultant, Trainer, and Coach from 2013 to 2019, Delivery Manager from 2015 to 2016, and Software Systems Architect from 2011 to 2015.

Artem started their career at P5 Communication Group as a Team Lead, Senior Java Developer, and Java Developer from 2002 to 2006. Artem then worked at Pyxus2006 as the Java Solutions Department Manager and Technical Project Manager from 2008 to 2011. Lastly, they worked at Luxoft as a Team Lead in 2007.

Artem's work experience highlights their expertise in delivery management, software engineering, project governance, portfolio supervision, and coaching Agile teams.

Artem Kolyshkin completed their Master's degree in Computer Science at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2001 to 2007. Artem then pursued a Master's degree in Finance at the International Institute of Business (IIB) from 2009 to 2012. In addition, Artem obtained an Associate's degree in Diploma of Business Management Studies from MacEwan University from 2009 to 2011.

Artem has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. Artem received the SAFe Agilist (SA) Certification Program from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2016 and the SEI Software Architecture: Principles and Practices certification from Carnegie Mellon University in February 2016. Artem also completed the Head to Head: Successful negotiations with customers and subordinates certification from EPAM Systems in August 2015.

Other certifications earned by Artem include the Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in July 2015, the PMI-ACP certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2014, the Sun Certified Enterprise Architect from Sun Microsystems in August 2008, the Sun Certified Web Component Developer from Sun Microsystems in August 2007, the Sun Certified Java Developer from Sun Microsystems in July 2007, and the Sun Certified Java Programmer from Sun Microsystems in March 2007.

Most recently, Artem obtained the SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2021.
