Lada Vecher

Lada Vecher has extensive experience in Learning and Development (L&D) and training management across multiple countries, currently serving as L&D Country Manager for Customertimes Corp, overseeing operations in Russia, the USA, and Canada since October 2021. Previously, Lada worked at R-Pharm as T&D Manager, focusing on internal corporate learning in Russia and the CIS, and at Novartis as Corporate Learning Specialist and Staffing Specialist, managing educational projects and recruitment processes. Initial experience includes roles at Ward Howell International and PwC, where Lada specialized in recruitment and risk management, respectively. Lada holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Tomsk Polytechnic University and has pursued additional studies at Kemerovo State University and Jilin University.
