Mariia Chernova, PhD has a diverse work experience background. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Lead Business Analyst at Insurance company 611. From 2012 to 2014, Mariia served as an IT Lecturer at Bogomolets National Medical University. In 2014, they began working as a Java Developer on a freelance basis before joining Customertimes Corp as an SFDC Developer. Mariia then took on the role of Solutions Architect and Head of SFDC department before becoming the Salesforce Practice Head. Currently, Mariia holds the position of VP Technologies at Customertimes Corp.

Mariia Chernova, PhD completed their education in a variety of fields. Mariia began their studies at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where they earned a Master's Degree in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics in 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Economics from the same university, completing their studies in 2009. Afterwards, they furthered their education at the Institute of Mathematics NASU, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics in 2012.
