Ian Featherstone

Ian Featherstone is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in digital transformation and IT strategy across various industries. Currently serving as Group CDO at Customs Support since December 2023, Ian previously held the position of Group CIO at Enva from May 2018 to December 2023, where a comprehensive Digital Transformation Programme was developed for a multi-divisional, PE-backed group. Prior roles include Interim CIO at The AA, where a systems strategy for consolidation was implemented, and Interim CIO at RM plc, focusing on the IS functions review and strategic planning. As Group CIO at PHS Group Ltd, Ian successfully delivered a coherent IS strategy, enhancing IT's reputation across multiple sites. Earlier positions include Head of IT at AXA and IT Director at First Choice Holidays, where leadership in IT strategy and departmental integration was demonstrated. Ian’s educational background includes training from the Institute of Directors and various IT certifications.
