Daisy Van Cappellen

Daisy Van Cappellen has worked in Human Resources since 2002. Daisy began their career as a Trainee Consultant at Hays, then moved on to become a Junior Permanent Consultant and Advanced Permanent Consultant at ManpowerGroup. In 2012, they took on the role of HR Business Partner at PLASMA INDUSTRIES BELGIUM, where they were responsible for the recruitment process from A to Z for designated departments. In 2018, they took a sabbatical to travel around Europe. In 2019, they began working as a Senior HR Business Partner at Capgemini Engineering, where they reported to the HR Director and supported circa 400 employees. Currently, Daisy is the Head of HR and People Business Partner at Customs4trade, where their focus is on proactive thinking to support the upcoming growth of the company.

Daisy Van Cappellen began their educational journey in 1987 at the Vrije Basisschool Heffen, where they completed their primary degree. Daisy then attended Ursulinen Mechelen from 1996 to 2002, where they earned a secondary degree in Sciences and Mathematics (8h). Finally, they attended KU Leuven from 2002 to 2008, where they earned a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
