Mark Pierson

Mark Pierson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and innovation, currently serving as CEO, CTO, Master Inventor, and Entrepreneur at MVP Innovative Solutions since January 2018. With a solid background as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Custom Systems Integration, Pierson has been involved in the design and implementation of specialized test equipment for military and commercial clients since October 2003. Previous roles include Advisory Engineer/Scientist and Master Inventor at IBM, where Pierson contributed to advanced manufacturing processes for over two decades, and various engineering positions in the 1970s, including Mechanical Engineer at Dynapert division and Inside Sales Engineer at Hughes Industrial Products. Pierson holds a Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Binghamton University, completed in 1976.
