Steve McClain

Steve McClain, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Corporate Sales at CUTCO Cutlery since September 2006, where notable achievements include leading a retail strategy that resulted in a 78% increase in same store sales and implementing a learning management system to enhance customer experiences. Steve also held various positions within CUTCO, contributing to the training and recruitment of over 300 sales representatives and developing financial plans. As a member of the Olean Business Development board, Steve is the chairman of the Business Accelerator subcommittee and has been involved in mentoring initiatives. Additionally, Steve has experience as a Pyrotechnician at Image Engineering, where responsibilities included executing game day pyrotechnics at the Buffalo Bills games, and previously worked as a Corporate Sales Representative at KA-BAR Knives. Educational credentials include an MBA from St. Bonaventure University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Alfred University.
