Ryan Moss

Ryan Moss has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2018, they completed a law internship in the real estate department at Irwin Mitchell. In 2019, they had an engineering internship at McLaren Applied Technologies and also did a medicine internship at St George's Hospital. In 2020, Ryan served as the Vice President of the Cambridge University Real Estate Finance & Investment Society (CUREFIS) and later took on the role of Events Officer. In 2021, they interned at Schroders in asset management and co-founded a tech start-up called 2SWAY, which focused on providing digital peer-to-peer recommendations for UK hospitality businesses. The start-up achieved significant milestones, including launching an iOS app with 5000+ downloads and forging partnerships with independent and chain businesses. Ryan raised a pre-seed round and received grants from start-up competitions across the UK.
