Yash Rane

Yash Rane has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Yash currently serves as an Investment Manager at Farnam Entrepreneurial Succession. Previously, they worked as a Deep-Tech Investment Professional at Cambridge Capital Group, where they evaluated startup pitches and conducted deep-dive sessions with founders. Yash also mentored a B2B SaaS recruiting startup as part of JP Morgan Military Ventures Programme 2023. Yash has pursued an MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School, where they also served as the Head of Promotions for CUTEC. Yash worked as an MBA Consultant at Booking.com and as a Strategy Consultant for a pharmaceutical startup at Cambridge Venture Project. Yash conducted market research on climate tech for Cambridge Development I-teams. Yash has also held leadership roles in Truventor.AI, where they spearheaded product strategy and development and led new business initiatives. Yash founded and served as the CEO of Chizel, a B2B marketplace for manufacturing custom parts. Yash successfully raised capital, catered to numerous clients, and led the acquisition of Chizel by Truventor.

Yash Rane began their education in 1994 at S.I.C.A. School in Indore, where they completed their Higher Secondary education in the field of Science in 2008. In 2009, they enrolled at the Indian Institute of Technology in Roorkee and graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Following this, in 2014-2015, Yash participated in a Training Program in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at the Startup Leadership Program. Most recently, they attended the University of Cambridge from 2022 to 2023, where they pursued an MBA degree with a focus on Finance, Private Equity, and Venture Capital.

Yash Rane has also acquired additional certifications, including "Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI" from the Linkedin Learning App in August 2022, "Vipassana Meditation 10 Day Course" from Vipassana Meditation as taught by S.N. Goenka in June 2022, and "Venture Capital Virtual Work Experience" from H2 Ventures in April 2022.
