Chad Kneeshaw

Chad Kneeshaw is an experienced sales and management professional, currently serving as District Sales Manager for Cutera, Inc. since July 2025, where responsibilities include leading Ontario sales strategy and developing the sales team. Prior to this role, Chad held positions at Lumenis from March 2022 to July 2025, starting as Area Sales Manager and advancing to Senior Area Sales Manager, focusing on strategic account acquisition and team development in Eastern Canada. Chad's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Cintas from September 2013 to February 2022 in various leadership roles, including Market Sales Manager and Service Manager, where achievements included substantial revenue growth and customer account penetration. Chad began a career at Creemore Springs Brewery as a Brand Ambassador, promoting products and strengthening customer relationships. Chad holds a degree in Business Management & Organizational Studies with a specialization in Finance from Western University.
