Serge Stepanov

Serge Stepanov has a robust background in finance, holding key leadership positions at several prominent companies. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Cutover since May 2022, Serge previously held the same title at Aircall from August 2020 to April 2022 and at Neoen from March 2014 to April 2019. Additional experience includes Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance at Coty and various CFO roles at Biosev and in North America with Louis Dreyfus Commodities. Serge's career also encompasses finance and management positions at L'Oreal USA, Danone Asia, LU France, and Danone Russia. An MBA in Finance and Strategy was earned from Harvard Business School, complemented by a degree from Mines Paris - PSL.
