Jose Angel Aguila

Digital Asset Manager / Photographer at Cuts Clothing

Jose Angel Aguila has a diverse work experience in various roles. In 2010, they served as a Lead Official and Linesman for the U.S. Soccer Federation, ensuring the safety and fair play of games. From 2015 to 2016, Aguila worked as the Lead Barista at Café la Tartine. Jose Angel then transitioned to media roles, starting as a Photographer/Writer for Santa Monica College / The Corsair from 2016 to 2017. Aguila continued their media work as a Videographer/Photographer for Santa Monica College, creating content for the college's website and YouTube page. From 2017 to 2019, Aguila worked at Loyola Marymount University as a Staff Photographer and Videographer, as well as a Photographer and Content Writer for the on-campus news outlet, The Loyolan. In 2019, they interned at FilmNation Entertainment in Production and Development. Aguila then took on roles as a Commercial Production Studio Assistant at CPFC Studio in 2020 and a Freelance Production Assistant for Cherish the Day / Minimal Productions in the same year. Currently, they work as a Digital Asset Manager and Photographer for Cuts Clothing, Inc. starting in 2022.

Jose Angel Aguila attended Loyola Marymount University from 2017 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Playwriting and Screenwriting. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2017, they studied Cinematography and Film/Video Production at Santa Monica College.
