Dale Gillette

Dale Gillette has over 30 years of work experience in the financial industry. Dale has held various roles in different companies. From 1990 to 1994, they worked at Bankers Trust as a Project Manager, overseeing technology initiatives for Global Custody. At Putnam Investments, from 1994 to 1996, they continued as a Project Manager, managing IT projects for Client Services and Marketing. From 1996 to 1999, they worked at State Street Bank as a VP, Product Management, leading technology initiatives in support of Institutional Investor Services. At Redwood Investment Systems, from 1999 to 2001, they served as a Director, Institutional Services, leading consulting teams in developing front office applications. From 2001 to 2007, at Wellington Management Co., they were the Systems Manager, driving transformative IT initiatives supporting Client Services, Marketing, and Sales. Dale then moved to Eagle Investment Systems, where they worked from 2008 to 2013 as a Principal Consultant, and from 2013 to 2014 as the Front Office Services Manager. Currently, Dale Gillette is the Managing Director at Cutter Associates, a position they have held since November 2014.

Dale Gillette completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Boston College from 1983 to 1987. Dale went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration at NYU Stern School of Business, specializing in Finance and Information Systems, from 1992 to 1994.
