Alexandre Rodrigues

Alexandre Rodrigues, Eng PhD PMP, is an accomplished executive partner at PMO Projects since January 2000, specializing in modern project management practices, particularly in performance measurement using the Earned Value Management (EVM) method. With extensive consulting experience at Cutter Consortium, and leadership roles including President of AACE International - Portugal Section, Coordinator for ISO standards, and former Vice-President of Operations for the CPM Colombia Chapter, Alexandre has made significant contributions to the project management field. As an author of multiple editions of the PMI Practice Standard for Earned Value Management, Alexandre has played a vital role in advancing project delivery practices. Additionally, Alexandre served as an ambassador for the Earned Value Management Europe Association and has been involved in various project management initiatives, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and innovation in project management. Alexandre holds a PhD in Management Sciences from Strathclyde Business School and a Licentiate in Systems Engineering and Informatics from Universidade do Minho.
