Gerhard Friedrich is the President and Founder of Friedrich Associates, leading efforts to enhance client responsiveness through operational and cultural change since June 1975. Friedrich has provided senior consulting for strategy and business transformation at Cutter Consortium and serves as an adjunct faculty member at Johns Hopkins University, teaching graduate courses on organization strategy and leadership. Friedrich's extensive experience includes roles such as Principal at SRA International, Director of Organization Change at Johns Hopkins HealthCare, and Executive Director at RWD Technologies Inc.
