Keir Schmidt

Keir Schmidt is a seasoned music composer with a diverse background in various roles within the music industry. Currently serving as a Music Composer at Cutting Edge Media Music, Keir creates compositions for the company’s project White Stork. Keir has been with Ryan Lott/Son Lux as a Studio/Scoring Assistant since August 2019 and has extensive experience as a Recording Engineer at a private studio since March 2013. Freelance work as a Scoring Assistant has included collaborations with notable composers such as Joseph Trapanese and Judson Crane. Additionally, Keir co-composed music for the series Single Drunk Female alongside Ryan Lott from January 2021 to June 2022 and contributed as an Associate Music Producer at hitRECord.org Inc. from April 2013 to May 2022. Keir's educational background includes studies at the University of Utah and Salt Lake Community College.
