Emily Morehouse

Emily Morehouse is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and leadership. As Cofounder and Director of Engineering at Cuttlesoft since October 2014, Emily has contributed to the creation of elegantly designed software solutions. Emily also engages in pivotal roles within the Python Software Foundation as a Steering Council Member and Core Developer since September 2018. Additionally, Emily is a Founding Member of Each is Every, a platform dedicated to career development, established in February 2023. Emily's academic background includes three degrees from Florida State University: a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a Bachelor of Science in Criminology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre/Theater, attained between 2009 and 2014. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Undergraduate Research Assistant at Florida State University.
