Rachel Mills is a Quality Technician II at Cutwater since January 2022, following a role as Quality Technician. Prior experience includes time as a Student Athlete at the University of Idaho from August 2017 to January 2022, and internships in quality control at Coronado Brewing Company in May and December 2020, where Rachel conducted fermentation tank tests and shelf life evaluations. Additionally, in May 2017, Rachel interned at Ballast Point Brewing Company, working with the Quality Assurance Manager on a research project focused on lab results and sensory evaluation. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Idaho, completed in 2021.
