Viktor Torbjörnsen has extensive work experience in creative strategy, social media strategy, and content development. Viktor is currently the Director of Creative Strategy & Head of Social at Cutwater, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Creative Strategist / Social Media Strategist at Cutwater from January 2019. Before joining Cutwater, Viktor was a Social Media Strategist at Grey Group from March 2018 to February 2019. Viktor also worked as a Data Analyst / Content Strategist at Apple from January to June 2018.

Viktor has experience in creative strategy roles at various companies. Viktor was a Creative Strategist at Live a Lot, an organic chocolate company, from October 2016 to January 2018. At Young and Hungry Creative, they worked as a Creative Strategist from January to June 2017. Viktor also held the position of Creative Strategist at Erling from October 2016 to May 2017, where they focused on branding, consulting, research, and social media strategy.

Earlier in their career, Viktor worked as a Copywriter / Strategist at Western Union in October-November 2016. Viktor also had an internship as a Creative Strategist at Brand Union in August-September 2016, where they gained experience in quantitative and qualitative research, brand strategy, and consumer insights.

Before transitioning to the creative field, Viktor served as a Store Manager at Coop Sverige from January 2008 to August 2016, and as a Sales Representative at Carlings AS from January 2010 to November 2014.

Viktor Torbjörnsen attended Gångsätra Gymnasium from 2008 to 2011, where they studied Social Science with a focus on International Economics. In 2014, they enrolled at Berghs School of Communication and completed a Marketing Communication and Creative Strategy diploma in 2015. Following this, they pursued further education at the Academy of Art University from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Advertising with a specialization in Creative Strategy.
