Matthew's professional journey includes roles as an Investment Banker in M&A Advisory at Canaccord Genuity, M&A & Strategic Finance at Deloitte UK, and an Actuary in Finance & Strategy at Sanlam, where significant contributions were made to a new digital insurance venture that achieved over 200% growth year-on-year. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Actuarial Science from Stellenbosch University.
