Currently serving as Superintendent & CEO at Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities, Gibbs oversees multiple departments and a large staff. Grateful for the opportunity to work with dedicated individuals, Gibbs is committed to supporting and empowering individuals with developmental disabilities to thrive in their communities.
