Arlene Haukos

Arlene Haukos has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Arlene worked as the Revenue Cycle Director at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center from 2011 to present. Prior to that, they were the Revenue Cycle Manager at Riverwood Healthcare Center from 2008 to 2011, where they led a team and implemented various improvements in workflow and technology. Arlene also has experience as a Director of Health Information Management at Mille Lacs Health System and Bethany Good Samaritan Village, where they successfully implemented new units and developed documentation systems. Additionally, they served as the Co-Director at Lakes Area Rehabilitation Services. Overall, Arlene has a strong background in revenue cycle management, health information management, and implementing process improvements in healthcare settings.

Arlene Haukos obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Healthcare Informatics and Health Information Management from the College of St. Scholastica in the period between 2008 and 2011. In addition to their degree, they also earned the certification for Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) in November 2020.
