Cathline Helstrom

Cathline Helstrom has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Cathline began their career as an LPN at the Minnesota Department of Human Services, focusing on traumatic brain injury psychiatry. Cathline then worked at Lakewood Health System as a Nursing Supervisor before becoming a Nurse Manager in the psychiatric department.

Following that, Helstrom served as the Director of Quality and Patient Safety at Catholic Health Initiatives, where they also managed risk. Cathline later joined Gold Entities as a Consultant, specializing in patient-centered quality care and supporting hospitals in achieving their quality goals through the QOP program.

Currently, Helstrom holds the position of Executive Director of Quality, Learning, and Experience at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center, as well as the role of Director of Quality. Throughout their career, Helstrom has gained valuable experience in quality management, patient safety, and leadership within the healthcare industry.

Cathline Helstrom has an extensive education background in the field of nursing. Cathline completed their Bachelor in the Science of Nursing (BSN) degree from American Sentinel University between 2011 and 2013. Following that, they pursued higher education and obtained a Master's degree in Nursing Administration from American Sentinel College from 2015 to 2018.

In addition to their degrees, Cathline Helstrom has furthered their professional qualifications by earning the certification of Certified in Executive Nursing Practice (CENP) from the American Organization for Nursing Leadership in September 2018.
