Declan Doherty

Declan Doherty is a Senior Scientist at CV6 Therapeutics, (NI) Ltd. with a background in mesenchymal stem cells for treating respiratory diseases. Previously, Declan worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Queen's University Belfast focusing on mesenchymal stem cell therapy for respiratory and cancer-related conditions. Before that, Declan was a Research Project Manager at Almac Diagnostics Ltd and a Research Associate at both the University of Ulster and Fusion Antibodies Ltd. Declan holds a PhD in Nuclear Receptors/Molecular Biology/Gene Expression and has additional qualifications in teaching and research.
